For more than 12 years, Dauphinee has had an insatiable interest in understanding the worlds most effective leaders and mapping the key elements to their success. He organized these ideas into the simple concept of a compass. “The Identity Compass,” is based on the four core values a leader needs to balance to amplify their influence and clarity.
Michael teaches individuals and companies how to understand their strengths and identity, connect to their purpose and leave legacies of courageous action.
